Training: Paul is from Liverpool and studied music theory at Liverpool Community College.

Theatre includes: George Harrison in The Royal Court Liverpool’s production of Lennon, a musical telling the story of John Lennon’s life. He has also appeared as an actor/musician in Soho Story, The Pied Piper and Soul Survivor for Kaboodle Theatre Company touring Britain and Europe. Paul has been an Orchestra Pit Musician for many productions at: The Royal Court (Liverpool),Oldham Coliseum, Bolton Octagon, The Young Vic(London).

Performances include: playing and writing songs for many original bands, including tours with Elvis Costello and Blondie. He has toured the world with renowned Beatles tribute band The Backbeat Beatles and is also an experienced session guitarist.

Recordings: Paul has composed music for short films and theatre productions. He has his own band called The Word and is currently working on an album of his own material.
